If you are cutting one large diameter or if you are cutting a bundle, three Hem Saws are available to cut any alloy. The angle saw cuts both ends before you remove the material for a timesaving feature. Contact us for a complete line of production equipment.
Value added services such as machining, precision platesaw cutting, laser cutting, 5-axis waterjet cutting, high speed plasma cutting take the materials from full length to ready for fabrication. Fabricators can then shear, brake or roll. From there, the certified welders using high-tech mig and tig welding machines to weld the aluminum, stainless and steel products from engineered drawings approved or provided by the customer. Assemble, label, package and ship on the company fleet of trucks. There is no job too large or small.
It’s never too big to deliver. From hot shot trucks, to medium duty bobtails that carry 24′ length materials and tractor-trailers that carry 40′ length materials, QMF can get the product to your job site or plant. Our drivers are cleared to deliver to your secured facility.
