PROJECT BRIEF

The custom shelters were made of steel.  Cut, rolled, assembled, welded and powder coated using flat bar, tubing, perforated sheet and metal roofing materials.  Each shelter was placed at a Streetcar stop in the trendy Downtown Dallas Bishop Arts District.

As part of our distribution operation, we were able to supply the metal needed for this job and ensure the best price for the customer.

Hot Roll Steel

POWDER COATING

Powder Coating is a finishing process that covers the metal to prevent rust.  The shelters were coated the approved DART color as specified by the project team.

CONSISTENT QUALITY

Upon drawing approval, the files are stored for future access.  This order was repeated after the initial order and the specifications were available and the project went into immediate production.

FINAL PRODUCT

Our quality inspection process is completed at each stage by each person in production. The Quality Manager inserts inspections as required or desired by management or the Customer. The final product is inspected using approved drawings.
