PROJECT BRIEF
The tanks are built in various sizes from stainless steel sheet, angle and tubing. The structural angle is rolled to size and then the sheet is rolled and welded to the angle. Tubing is cut and a skid is built to hold the pipes and valves that are assembled per the engineered drawing and welded in place. The projects could have platforms, catwalks, stairs, console tables, hoppers and other custom fabricated structures and components depending on the owner’s needs.

SHEET ROLLING
Programmable rolling 5/16″ thick up to 82″ roll length and 6 ft. wide of steel, aluminum and stainless sheet. Custom form your tank. For strength and rigidity, we use the structural roller to roll angle or tube and weld to the inside of the tank.
DRAWING COLLABORATION
We create Solidworks drawings from the customer files to ensure the assembly is accurate. The file creates a bill of materials and cut list for efficient production.
GET A QUOTECERTIFIED WELDING
Approved to weld aluminum, stainless and steel. Our fabricators are experienced in all alloys and are trained in AWS for AISC Metal Components and Structural Steel. We have never failed a customer inspection.
VIEW CERTIFICATIONFINAL PRODUCT
Our quality inspection process is completed at each stage by each person in production. The Quality Manager inserts inspections as required or desired by management or the Customer. The final product is inspected using approved drawings. ISO and AISC approved.
