PROJECT BRIEF
The bridges were on a bend across the highway. In order to keep the design consistent, each fence panel was custom fit to the bridge bend. GPS coordinates, field measurements and engineering allowed the fabricators to number and place each panel according to the layout plan.
Custom ordered Buy American aluminum extrusions, tubing, flat bars and plate were used to create this dynamic design. Equipment used: CNC Ironworker Punch for vertical bars; CNC HemSaw for cutting tubing; Plasma for base plates. The Fabricators created jigs for keeping the design consistent. Certified welded to AISC standards.

CUSTOM HAND RAIL
We create Solidworks drawings from the customer files to ensure the assembly is accurate. The file creates a bill of materials and cut list for efficient production.

Approved to weld aluminum, stainless and steel. Our fabricators are experienced in all alloys and are trained in AWS for AISC Metal Components and Structural Steel. We have never failed a customer inspection.
VIEW CERTIFICATIONFINAL PRODUCT
Our quality inspection process is completed at each stage by each person in production. The Quality Manager inserts inspections as required or desired by management or the Customer. The final product is inspected using approved drawings.
