Bandsaw

Precision Plate Saw
Non-ferrous up to 8” thick
Used to create small and large quantity aluminum cut to size rectangles for machining.
Plasma
Plasma torch cutting steel shapes for industrial and designer applications such as trailer gussets and gate entries.
Aluminum, Stainless and Mild steel cut from cad drawings, .dxf files, .dwg files, .tap files.
Belt Sander
Up to 36” wide, 6” thick
Mild steel looks like polished aluminum after a run through the belt sander.
Polisher
Up to 3” diameter
Steel rods can be polished to a shiny finish.
Custom Iron Work
Punches, shears and bends for applications such as ladders, clips, trailer steps, washers, weld plates.
